Good evening folks, And God Bless you all tonight.

Heres the video recorded a few minutes ago.

On with the show tonight!

EURUSD.

EURUSD is hinting at a top coming after a three wave rally off the wave [i] low.
The price seems range bound today,
and this is most likely a small triangle forming within wave (c) of [ii].
Another pop to hit the 1.2200 level at the 50% retracement level will complete the pattern perfectly.
And then we can look for a return lower into wave (i) of [iii].

Monday;
watch for wave (i) of [iii] to fall in five waves early next week.
A break of 1.2050 will signal wave [iii] is underway.

GBPUSD

We have a small decline in place off the high in wave ‘v’ of (v) today.
This decline is not large enough to call clear evidence of the reversal into wave (i).
But its a start!

I want to see wave ‘i’ of (i) push below 1.3518 to break out of the upside bias.
And if we then see a drop back below the previous wave ‘iv’ at 1.3448 again,
that will definitely fravor the bearish count.

Monday;
Watch for the high formed at wave ‘v’ to hold at 1.3744.
Wave ‘i’ should continue lower early next week.

USDJPY.

USDJPY is starting to show signs that we are moving higher out of a three wave correction today.
The price has not traced out five waves up just yet,
but the action is promising for sure!

IF we see a five wave rally break out above 104.00 again,
then we can be more confident that the low is in for wave [ii].

Monday;
Watch for wave (i) of [iii] to continue higher.
A break of 104.40 would be ideal and it would set the pattern up nicely for a larger rally.

DOW JONES.

The market did decline today but without much vigor behind the move so far.
I think it is a coin toss between the main count and that short term alternate on the hourly chart.
There is still a reasonable chance that todays decline is within wave ‘b’ of (v) as per the alternate count.
So I will not be surprised if we see another new high in wave ‘c’ of (v) next week to trigger that alternate count.

Even so,
this is a topping process in the making.
And we have all the right ingredients apart from the pattern which suggest the same.

Its just a matter of choosing the final pattern for wave (v).
Will it be the main count,
or will we see that larger alternate play out.

Monday;
Watch for wave a sharp decline below 30600 to confirm the main count.
If we do rally again to a new high then we switch to that alternate pattern for wave (v) of [v].

It is close at hand now though!

So far todays decline traced out a three wave pattern off the wave [ii] high.
I am a little suspicious of this action now,
as this three wave decline can also fit a possible wave (b) low.

The price rallied off that low also today which does favor that alternate view.
So we have a decision to make here also!

Which wave [ii] will win the battle here.
We should know by the close of Mondays action.

Monday;
Watch for wave (i) to turn lower again and break below 1830 at a minimum.
If the price continues to hold above that low,
then we can begin to favor the alternate count for wave [ii].

CRUDE OIL.

It looks like this weeks choppy action created a large flat correction in wave ‘iv’ of (c) into todays lows.
The price filled the trend channel to form a large three wave pattern.
And then we saw a bounce off the low again today to begin wave ‘v’ of (c).

If this is correct,
then we will see another new high next week,
but I suspect this will be the last hurrah for crude!

The pattern is full here and its time we saw a significant reversal.

Monday;
Watch for wave ‘v’ to break 54.00 again and then top out in wave (c) of [v] of ‘C’ of (4).

S&P 500.

S&P 500 1hr

S&P 500 daily.

I am looking at a larger three wave move in wave (v) here also tonight.
The rise so far in wave (v) is in three waves into the high,
But the price decline today looks corrective,
and this fits a larger wave ‘b’ of (v) as shown.

The decline may not even get to the lower trend line of the wedge like I have illustrated,
but wave ‘c’ should make one more attempt at a new all time high by midweek next week in this scenario.

We really are moving into the final leg of this pattern here and the day is drawing near where we see a significant reversal take place to turn the tide.

Monday;
Watch for wave ‘b’ to complete at or above the lower trend line.
Wave ‘c’ should rally from there.

SILVER.

SILVER 1hr

SILVER 4hr.

SILVER daily.

The decline in silver today is more impulsive looking than not,
and in this case I do favor the bearish count with wave ‘2’ complete at this weeks high.

I have shown waves (i) and (ii) of [i] now in place,
with the expectation that wave (iii) of [i] will drop again on Monday towards the recent low at 24.00 again.
Wave [i] of ‘3’ is still on track here,
and we should see the low at 24.00 be taken out pretty soon next week as wave ‘3’ gets up and running.

Monday;
Watch for wave (iii) of [i] to decline again.
The high at 26.03 should hold for now.
