I am going to keep tonight’s update short as I am feeling under the weather tonight.

EURUSD.

EURUSD 1hr.

EURUSD 4hr.

EURUSD daily.

The corrective looking sidways trade continued today and I think we can continue to view this as wave ‘b’,
with another drop expected in wave ‘c’ coming our way.

Tomorrow;
Watch for wave ‘c’ of ‘a’ to continue towards the target at 1.0510.

GBPUSD

GBPUSD 1hr.

GBPUSD 4hr.

GBPUSD daily.

Cable did actually drop out of the wave ‘b’ correction today
and is now making progress towards the initial target at 1.20.
the lower target at 1.1900 is still a possibility,
but it really depends on the pattern wave ‘c’ traces out from here.

Tomorrow;
Watch for wave ‘c’ of (a) to complete with a push below 1.20 again.

USDJPY.

USDJPY 1hr.

USDJPY 4hr.

USDJPY daily.

WAve [iv] of ‘C’ is forming a corrective pattern of yesterdays lows.
I am looking for a three wave pattern higher in wave [iv] towards 133.60 or there abouts.
and then another five wave decline should form off that level to complete wave [v] below 130.00 again.

Tomorrow;
Wave [iv] should hold onto the action for another day at least.
look for wave (b) to build a higher low above 130.56.

DOW JONES.

DOW 1hr.

DOW 4hr

DOW daily.

The rally in the Dow today has opened up the possibility of an expanded flat correction for wave ‘ii’ now,
Wave ‘c’ of ‘ii’ has already gone far enough to condsider the pattern complete at todays highs.
But we will see tomorrow if the price can manage a break above the 38% retracement level at 33520.
It seems wave ‘ii’ should manage to hit that level before turning into wave ‘iii’ down.

Tomorrow;
Watch for a possible top to form in wave ‘c’ of ‘ii’ with a break of the 33520.

GOLD

GOLD 1hr.

GOLD 4hr.

GOLD daily.

The main thought I have in gold this week is this;
The rally into wave (i) requires a substantial retracement to complete a bullish higher low in wave (ii),
The wave (ii) retracement will set up this market for a sizeable rally into wave (iii).

At this point we do not have the correct pattern in place to condsider wave (ii) complete,
and so I am waiting for this market to surprise to the downside in wave ‘c’ over the coming days.

Tomorrow;
Wave ‘c’ must break 1770 at a minimum to complete this correction.
Lets see if tomorrow brings that decline.

CRUDE OIL.

CRUDE OIL 1hr.

CRUDE OIL 4hr.

CRUDE OIL daily.

Crude has pipped above the recent high at 77.86 this evening and with that I can switch to the alternate count now.
I will admit that the pattern in wave ‘c’ is not very impulsive looking so far.
I will have to wait and see how wave ‘c’ plays out tomorrow to see if we can narrow down the target for a wave (ii) top.
The price has hit the 62% retracement level this evening,
So we could say this rally has done enough already.

S&P 500.

S&P 500 1hr

S&P 500 4hr

S&P 500 daily.

The size of the rally today has forced me to consider wave ‘i’ now complete at the recent lows.
Todays rally has already hit the previous fourth wave,
and so I am suggesting that wave ‘a’ of ‘ii’ is now complete.
Wave ‘b’ should turn lower tomorrow in three waves if this count is correct.
And wave ‘c’ of ‘ii’ is expected to hit the 50% retracement level at 3957 to complete.

Tomorrow;
Watch for wave ‘a’ to top and turn lower into wave ‘b’.
Tomorrows trade should be enough time to complete a three wave decline in wave ‘b’.

SILVER.

SILVER 1hr

SILVER 4hr.

SILVER daily.

There is not much to add to last nights comments in Silver to be honest.
If this is an ending diagonal in wave [c] of ‘4’,
then we should see a sharp drop out of this pattern to begin wave ‘5’ before the end of this week.

Tomorrow;
There is no sign yet of an impending collapse here,
so I will be waiting again to see a break of support to consider wave ‘4’ complete.
